Template - Project Controlling Tasklist

Every Project Manger has to keep track of the Budget used (Costs), the Timeline (Progress) and of course the quality of all the Deliverables done by the Project Team. This Project Controlling Template is a simple to use Tasklist based on Excel. It can be used as a Budget Controlling Instrument as you can share the file and let your “Workers” (Project Team) directly add their efforts in hours into it.

PS.: The rows “Time Worked” (internal work in Total) and “Time Billable” (work that can be billed to your customer) you can for example use if you are Managing a customer Project and want to bill work.
